The tournament will be held at the Parkland Pavilion at Westerner Park

Teams must be comprised of 3 original players and the 3 players must play in all rounds. The other players may come from any team within the Operators League system, but must meet the 8 league night requirement. One Master or two team Masters allowed.
Advanced/Masters $250

Team may be comprised of any players within the league operators system and must meet the 8 league night requirement.
Note - in all events races may be adjusted depending on number of entries.

All entry forms must be filled out completely and legibly. Entry forms not filled out correctly will be returned.

TOURNAMENT ELIGIBILITY
Any BCAPL League and Player member sanctioned from June/09 – June/10 League Year may participate in this Tournament.
For singles, team and scotch doubles events, all players must have played in a minimum of 8 regularly scheduled league matches during a BCA sanctioned 2009/10 season.
All players must appear on an official BCA sanction list in order to compete in this event.
All players must meet amateur status requirements.
Players of “known” ability should compete in suitable events. Tournament organizers reserve the right to place players or teams in the appropriate event.
Each team must be comprised of 3 original members (exception: Women’s Teams and Advanced/Masters teams) and the 3 original players must play in all rounds.
TOURNAMENT RULES
BCAPL Tournament rules apply.
Rules governing play are detailed in the new 2009/10 BCAPL Rule Book.
No coaching in any of the events.
Players will flip a coin prior to starting the match, and the winner will have choice of break. Alternate break.
The tournament will practice rack your own for this event.
Check in for Singles and Team Events is not required as long as you appear on the draw sheets.
No player may play for more than one team.
No player may play in more than one 8 Ball singles event.
Team rosters are set once the Team event begins its first match. A time is set on Friday to allow changes to Team rosters. Additions or changes to team rosters must come from within the League Operators system and must meet the requirements for the event entered.
Substitutions: the Team Captain may substitute any player in the line up for any other player on the roster prior to the start of each round. The opposing Team Captain must be notified of a change in the line up. A regular or substitute player may not play the same opponent twice.
DRESS CODE
Singles Competition - Clean, neat and tidy is the look of the tournament.
No sweats or torn unsightly clothing is allowed. No suggestive clothing.
Acceptable attire is sleeved shirts or blouses with a fold over collar either in a golf/polo or a button down style. An official event shirt is acceptable for this event.
Official event shirts available at the tournament.
Dress pants, neat un-torn jeans, capri style pants or shorts (not too short, no cut offs). Culottes, skirts, dresses, and kilts (no commando) are also acceptable.
No open toed footwear.
Hats okay. (No goofy hats i.e. beer can hats.)
Team Competition
Team shirts are required for all teams. Dress code must meet singles competition requirements. Each member of the team must have their own shirt. The style of team shirts must be matching for all team members. This includes front and back of shirts, if they have a logo or monogram. A team theme is acceptable. Official event shirts are acceptable for the Team event but must still be matching.
